Scientific paper
We have used the P3, the C100, the C200 and the Phot-S of ISOPHOT for a better investigation of the infrared excess of K-giants with a known IRAS excess. We have also obtained ISOPHOT C100 minimaps for a sample of G-dwarfs that will be investigated for the presence of planetary companions through high precision radial velocity observations. We present the first results of the data reduction with special emphasis on some problems encountered with this reduction.
