We present the first Run II measurements with the DO detector of the
inclusive jet and dijet cross sections at sqrt{s}=1.96 TeV. This analysis is
based on an integrated luminosity of 34 pb-1. The results from a
next-to-leading order perturbative QCD calculation are compared to the measured
cross sections. The theoretical calculation agrees with the data.
