We have studied the macroscopic properties of general relativistic
slowly rotating warm neutron stars obeying the hot extension of an
equation of state derived recently in the realm of a field theoretical
model. Our results could be of interest in simulations of the early
Kelvin epoch of a rotating protoneutron star.
