We extend Hawking's wormhole to include fermionic matter. A wormhole Fock space is constructed out of solutions to the Wheeler-DeWitt equation. This is used to calculate effective fermion interactions at low energies. Wormhole physics would give fermions a large effective mass unless they are chiral, when this is suppressed by averaging over gauge rotations. In this case the most important term is the 4-fermion effective interaction. This is calculated, and leads to proton decay.
