The behavior of the anisotropy vector of cosmic rays in periods before, during, and after Forbush decreases is investigated. Several events in which the anisotropy vector experienced one or two rotations during the Forbush decrease period were detected. Events both with and without rotation of the cosmic ray anisotropy vector are described within the framework of cosmic ray anisotropy diffusion theory.
