Most of the spectra for the planet-host stars analyzed in this paper were studied in Papers I (Santos et al., 2000A&A...363..228S), II (Santos et al., 2001A&A...373.1019S), and III (Santos et al., 2003, Cat.
During the last year, however, we have obtained spectra for 18 more planet host stars. Most of the spectra were gathered using the FEROS spectrograph (2.2-m ESO/MPI telescope, La Silla, Chile), on the night of the 12-13 March 2003 (for HD47536, HD65216, HD72659, HD73256, HD73526, HD76700, HD111232, and HD142415) and with the SARG spectrograph at the TNG telescope (La Palma, Spain) on the nights of the 9-10 October 2003 (for HD3651, HD40979, HD68988, HD216770, HD219542B, and HD222404). In these runs we have also gathered spectra for HD30177, HD162020 (FEROS), and HD178911B (SARG), already previously analyzed.
Finally, a spectrum of HD70642 with a S/N~150 was obtained using the CORALIE spectrograph (R=50000), at the 1.2-m Euler Swiss telescope (La Silla, Chile), on the night of the 21-22 October 2003.
