In the article are discussed questions connected with investigations of the effects of the rocket launches on ground-based optical obervations. For investigations a specially developed method is applied. It uses the calculated dynamical parameters of the processes and self-organizing artificial neural networks. With self-organizing neural networks have been extracted 5-8 classes which can be associated with the regions having different physical properties. In particular, have been extracted regions intuitively coincident with clouds of the combustion products of the rocket engines, polar stratospheric clouds, aurora, tropospheric clouds as well.
