An analysis of simultaneous observations of long-wave radio emission in the frequency range of 100 - 1500 kHz and the fluxes of energetic particles (electrons and protons) as measured onboard the satellites Prognoz-10 INTERKOSMOS (with the AKR-2M instrument) and INTERBALL-1 (with the AKR-X instrument) is performed. It was found that anisotropy in the fluxes of energetic particles is related to the radio-frequency radiation background (modulated by the rotation of the satellite) and also to long-wave radio emission bursts in extended interplanetary magnetic structures. Onboard the Prognoz-10 satellite, the correlation between the increase of the radio frequency radiation flux and the fluxes of electrons with 10 - 100 keV energies and protons with energies 100 MeV and 500 MeV was studied. These particle fluxes were detected both in the sunward and antisunward directions. If only the flux of solar electrons was present, bursts of the types III and SA were detected, associated with chromosphere flares and particles accelerated at interplanetary shock wave fronts. In the case of bidirectional anisotropic particle fluxes, toward the Sun and away from it, a modulation of signals with a period of 60 s was observed.
