The development of a gravitational laser (graser) is reported. Harmonious seismic oscillations of unexplained origin were examined. Their frequency may be a multiple of the frequencies of oscillations of pulsars near the planet. The periodicity of the recorded signals indicated that the source of seismic oscillations was of extraterrestrial origin. The effects were the result of gravitational waves generated by pulsars.
