Stark widths of five prominent doubly ionized fluorine ultraviolet spectral lines in 2p23s-2p2(3P)3p transition have been measured in the linear, low-pressure, pulsed arc discharge created in SF6 plasma at 30400 - 33600K electron temperatures and at (2.75-2.80) 1023 m-3 electron densities. The obtained broadening parameters have been compared to available experimental and theoretical data.
