It is shown that, using the underground scintillation telescope at the Baksan Observatory, it is possible to identify particles arriving from the Southern Hemisphere by measuring the time of flight. A control system devised to record ascending particles, which utilizes almost the entire telescope aperture, is described, and the high accuracy of flux and distribution measurements of neutrino-generated muons is noted.
