The Baksan experiment on the search of stellar core collapse neutrino burst is described. The search range of the telescope is ~ 20 Kpc. No signals which can be interpreted as a νe burst were found during the total observational time of 11.63 effective live years (June 30, 1980 - August 31, 1993). A 90% C.L. upper limit to the collapse rate is placed at a level of < 0.198 year
