Extended sets of experimental energy levels of HD18O and D_218O have been obtained as the result of the analysis of recent high-resolution spectra and previously reported data. Spectra of the enriched by deuterium and oxygen-18 water samples were recorded with a Bruker IFS 120HR spectrometer at room temperature in the 1000 - 9200 cm-1 range a,b for this purpose. The RITZ code h was used for analysis of the rotation-vibration transitions and the energy levels determination. New energy levels as well as comparison with previous experimental and theoretical studies will be presented.
