This paper discusses the real time imaging of a star-field applying a
fault-tolerant, six-feature star-field identification algorithm to an
autonomous, intelligent, selectable-field-of-view camera without the
need of a priori knowledge, needing only a reference catalog with around
100 stars. Experimental observations with this system are described.
