Data on the pulse shape of EAS Cerenkov radiation were acquired at the Samarkand University cosmic-ray-detection installation. It is shown that the Hm(lg tau200) relationship for r = 200 m and n(Hm) for 200-400 m are determined only by the distance to the maximum and are practically independent of the model and the zenith angle of the shower. The use of these results makes it possible to recalculate the duration measured at any distance up to r = 200 m. The depth of the maximum of showers was determined by using the Hm(lg tau200) relationship and the barometric formula for standard atmosphere with allowance for the zenith angle of the shower. The mean depth of the maximum for showers with a mean initial energy of 6 x 10 to the 15th eV was 596 + or - 19 g/sq cm.
