The pulsar theory is employed to calculate the optical spectral region where the 1.5 msec pulsar PSR1937+214 will have a radiation maximum. The height of the polar cap near the magnetic pole of the pulsar is calculated to be 30,000 cm for the 1.5 msec pulsar. Particles travelling through the gap are accelerated to curvature energies that produce photons with energies of 10 TeV. The photons escaping the pulsar magnetosphere will be synchrotron radiation on the order of 100 GeV. From 2.5 pc away, the resulting hard gamma ray spectra will be equal to that displayed by the Crab nebula.
