The results of the static simulation on L3-I are examined with respect to ESA priority levels, magnitudes and proposals. The fulfilment of some specific proposals is studied in more details (Survey, IRS, stars for extragalactic link). The main trends are strong drops in fulfilment with ESA priority and with magnitude. The effect on proposals of these two tendencies is shown and actions are suggested.
