This paper describes the research activities develolped at LISA in the field of exobiology. Several programs are currently carried out on organic processes in extraterrestrial environments, mainly Titan, comets and Mars. They are based on the three complementary approaches: experimental simulation in the laboratory, theoretical modeling and observational approach, both by remote sensing and in situ techniques. Most of the studies are directly linked to planetary exploration missions, in particular Cassini-Huygens, Rosetta and future Mars missions, in which several LISA members are deeply involved.
