The exact static and spherically symmetric solution of Einstein's field
equations for a massive point-particle with a scalar point-charge as
source of a massless scalar field is derived in Schwarzschild
coordinates. There exists no longer a Schwarzschild horizon. Only at the
point-particle metric and scalar field are singular (naked singularity).
