Rotational motion of a symmetric satellite with spherical cavity filled by viscous fluid is studied. The center of mass of the system is supposed to move in a circular orbit in a central Newtonian field of forces. Evolutionary equations were obtained by the asymptotic method of selection of motions and averaging in canonical variables of Andoyer. On the basis of equations of third approximation the stability of stationary solutions is analysed. The problem of motion of a solid body with a cavity filled by fluid has been studied.
