The influence of Jupiter's oblateness is considered. The dynamical evolutions of orbits of 14 comets have been calculated. The critical distances from Jupiter have been established for high-velocity and low-velocity encounters. The Jupiter oblateness must be taken into account starting from these distances. The estimations for the changes of cometary orbits show that Jupiter's oblateness transforms considerably the jovicentric trajectories of comets.
