A fraction of A stars show abundance anomalies which are supposed to be due to microscopic diffusion of the chemical elements. This process generates a stratification of the abundances, different for each element, which can cause an enrichment or a depletion in the line forming zone. This stratification is time-dependent and so are the visible abundances. We present our work of abundance determinations for cluster stars, which are objects with sufficiently well-determined ages, in order to follow the temporal evolution of abundances and to constrain the evolutionary models which take diffusion into account.
