Evidence has been found for the observation of ultra-high-energy gamma
rays from the X-ray binary system 2A 1822-37.1. This source exhibits
emission over a broad range of binary phase which appears to change over
a period of years. These characteristics are similar to those observed
from the UHE source Cygnus X-3.
