Previous work has shown that turbulent processes are present at GRB sites [15,16]. Here we present a cycle analysis for GRB time profiles. Our analyses of time profiles show intermittency, a characteristic of turbulence. We present arguments that these characteristics of turbulence imply that the relaxation phase of the GRB phenomenon occurs under adiabatic conditions. .
