Preflare phenomena have been analyzed in 76 radio outbursts observed in four frequencies (1.42, 2.13,2.84, and 4.26 GHz). For 23 in the 76 events the rapid fluctuation rate of the radio radiation in one of the frequencies started to rise prior to the flare onsets by a time range from several minutes to tens of minutes. Three examples of the 23 events are presented in detail to demonstrate this kind fof precursor.
