An adaptive-optic system whose measuring element is a Hartmann sensor cell is examined in the case of the precise measurement of the center of gravity of the coordinates of registered photocounts. An expression is obtained for the optimal gain factor n the corrector chain. It is shown that a nonoptimal choice of this factor can lead to an increase in the jitter in the case of a small number of registered photons. An expression for the minimal light flux and numerical estimates for the case of astronomical observations are also presented.
