An efficient method for the construction of the confidence intervals for the geometrical parameters of detached classical eclipsing binaries is suggested under the assumption of the linear limb-darkening law. This method is applied to the interpretation of the light curves of the YZ Cas system. A method for the determination of a nonlinear limb-darkening law is proposed.
