Scientific paper

Two-dimension imaging spectrograph based on Fabry-Perot can serve astronomical observation needs, e.g. high temporal, spatial, ans spectral resolutions, especially in combination with adaptive optics and advanced image restoration techniques. This paper introduces several important parameters for Fabry-Perot filter, and attempts to analyze its errors, which include phase errors, parallel errors of two plates, errors led by other changes.
