We noticed an error in the coefficient of equation (3); the correct equation is((τcool)/yr)~5.7×107(ν/GHz)-1/2(B/μG)1/2((UB+Urad)/(10-12 ergs cm-3))-1. (1)This did not impact the results or conclusions made in the rest of the text. All calculations using this equation were in fact correct.
