An error has been discovered in the numbers labeling the right-hand axis of Figures 2-5. The numbers along the color bar in each of these figures should be multiplied by 2. This error was due solely to the program used to plot the data and does not affect the data themselves in any way. The analysis in the paper and the data cubes made available online have never been affected by this error and are unchanged. A corrected version of Figure 2 is shown below. Figures 3-5 can be similarly corrected by multiplying the color bar labels by 2.
