Due to an error in processing the data, some values of epsilon60 Ni corrected for instrumental mass fractionation using 61Ni/58Ni ratios are incorrect. The corrected Table 2 is appended below. Nevertheless, the shifts that result from this correction are all within error bars and do not affect the conclusions of the paper. The figures are also unaffected.
