A simple equation of state is presented for classical two-component
ionic plasmas in a rigid uniform background, based on the numerical
solution of the coupled hypernetted-chain integral equations for the
pair distribution functions. The results are used to study the phase
separation of pressure-ionized H-He and H-Li mixtures.
