The equations of the motion of charged spinning systems around
Kerr-Newman black holes are obtained. Based upon these equations, we
derive the entropy bound for a charged rotating system from Kerr-Newman
black holes. Our result validates the conjecture proposed by Bekenstein
and Mayo.
