Results of the Hadron experiment indicate the absence of secondary hadrons in the fragmentation region of multiple production during inelastic collisions of nucleons with nucleus targets in the energy region above 10 exp 4 TeV. In view of these results, a new approximation for the energy spectrum of primary cosmic rays is proposed which does not have a bend in the energy range (3-5) x 10 exp 3 TeV.
