Deeply embedded young, massive star clusters have been unveiled through their radio and mid-infrared emission, in the vicinity of the AGN in NGC1365. We study their observed properties and model their emission, using the code Grasil, in order to derive some physical quantities such as age and mass. We discuss at length the key-question of the extinction in this type of source. Finally, we discuss their formation, evolution and their potential relation with the AGN.
