Quantum Dots, Methods Of Electronic Structure Calculations

Electrons in cylindrical quantum dots are analysed in this paper.
Crucial moment of analyses is the proposed method of calculation of
Green's functions in the structures with the broken symmetry. Analyzing
this new method it was shown that physical characteristics of quantum
dots depend on configurational coordinates.
