The electromagnetic quadripotential of a stationary point charge on the symmetry axis in Kerr space-time is derived in an analytical form. Maxwell equations in Kerr space-time are developed, and properties of the solution are discussed. Although the source is a point charge at rest, an observer equally at rest would perceive a magnetic field as well as an electric field, as a result of Kerr space-time characteristics.
