A solution is obtained to the problem of the electromagnetic fields of a short linear antenna and a small current-carrying frame in a cold collisional homogeneous anisotropic plasma. An approach is formulated that makes it possible to find the fields of the frame using the solution for the linear antenna. The results obtained are used to investigate the field structure of elementary sources situated at various heights in the ionospheric plasma.
