Preliminary results are presented on the possible solar-thermal-tide modulation of the intensity and rotational temperature of OH (8,4) at a subauroral latitude. Eight-hour variations of these parameters were detected with a three-azimuth spectrometer. The propagation of the eight-hour waves was found to have a zonal character with velocities less than 190 m/s. Eight-hour waves of OH intensity and rotational temperature and of neutral wind at a height of 90 km apparently have the same nature.
