An analysis is given of the present state of the physics of microprocesses in the auroral plasma induced by an injection of streams of energetic electrons. It is shown that some phenomena cannot be explained without resorting to collisionless (collective) interaction mechanisms. The effects of plasma turbulence in the region of auroral arcs are examined. A numerical model is constructed of the kinetics of electrons.
