We have performed a simulation of micrometeorite impacts on regoliths
made of carbonaceous chondrite materials using microsecond pulse laser
irradiation on a CM chondrite simulant. The Vis-NIR spectra of different
size fractions of the treated sample show different degrees of
alteration.
