The effects of a primordial magnetic field twist on neutrino conversions in the early Universe are studied. We point out that a conceivable twist in the primordial magnetic field effects oppositely the average neutrino and antineutrino conversion probabilities for 1 MeV <= T <= 100 MeV. For neutrino conversions, it enhances the effect thus relaxing the resonant δm2 values to achieve the same average conversion probability as without primordial magnetic field twist. Whereas, the antineutrino conversions are suppressed. Implications of this behavior are discussed.
