It is shown that changes in the velocity of the plasma flowing from
various coronal holes can occur as the result of the redistribution of
the initial energy in the flux between kinetic and thermal energies of
the plasma. It is suggested that this redistribution is regulated by the
superradial divergence of magnetic flux tubes in coronal holes.
