The kinetic equation for the particle distribution function in the drift direction in the nonuniform magnetic field of the solar wind is considered with allowance for the resonant interaction of charged particles with low-frequency turbulence. A particle-transport equation including convection, diffusion, adiabatic deceleration, drift, and turbulent acceleration is derived with allowance for the guided motion of hydromagnetic waves propagating along the magnetic field toward as well as away from the sun. The transport equation is solved for the region of interaction of wave beams of different velocity in the inner heliosphere.
