We discuss the effect of changes in meson properties in a nuclear medium on
physical observables, notably, $J/\Psi$ dissociation on pion and $\rho$ meson
comovers in relativistic heavy ion collisions, and the prediction of the
$\omega$-, $\eta$- and $\eta'$-nuclear bound states.
