A perspective of using a solar echelle spectrograph for the determination of the Earth atmosphere pollution is shown. The results of spectral observations obtained in 1977 and 1991 - 1993 are presented. It is shown that the concentration of NO2 concentration is obtained. During the last 15 years the oxygen content above Kiev has not changed.
