It is shown that a dyon solution, characterized by five parameters (mass
M, angular momentum J, electric charge Q, magnetic charge φ, and
distortion parameter δ), has an event horizon for arbitrary odd
integer δ and satisfies the Christodoulou-Ruffini mass formula.
