The authors have used spacecraft separated by various distances in space to investigate experimentally the dynamics of fluxes of solar particles and of the frequency spectrum of fluctuations in the interplanetary magnetic field. This allows them to obtain the parameters of charged particle propagation near large-scale structures of the shock wave type in the solar wind. In this paper, they analyze the results of measurements by Venera-13 and -14 during the periods December 7 - 10, 1982 and January 5 - 9, 1983.
