A three-dimensional numerical simulation of the dynamics of a large-scale plasma cloud in the E-layer is carried out with allowance for background disturbances. The values transport coefficients, electric fields, and concentrations of background plasma used in the calculations correspond to their actual values in the ionosphere. The dynamics of the cloud was found to be characterized by a great diversity of forms.
