Dynamical interactions of gaseous halo in a disk galaxy with an intergalactic-gas flow are studied by means of a time dependent, two-dimensional hydrodynamic code. The case when the velocity vector of intergalactic gas is parallel to the rotational axis of a disk galaxy is examined. Once three types of gaseous halos, i.e., wind-type, bound-type and cooled-type, are formed from a hot gas supplied from the disk, their structures are modified by the ram pressure of intergalactic gas. Especially, the asymmetry of X-ray brightness distributions with respect to disk plane is remarkable in a wind-type halo, and a probable candidate for this is indicated in the Virgo cluster of galaxies. Some suggestions on the observational features of cooled gas around a galaxy are given in a cooled-type halo.
